Mt St
Helen October 1, 2004 Eruption, Data Measurement & May 18,
1980 Comparison Below
Our measurement shows Mt St Helen charged air particles are 63.4% of
Hurricane Ivan
based on
our {ICT-APF (air pollution factor)} before it hit US
shoreline at 143 mph eye speed on September 15,
2004 at 10:05am.
Volcano Eruption measurement for Particulate Matter 10, Particulate
Matter
2.5 , Hydrogen Sulfide,
Carbon Dioxide and one other
compound total 99.97% air emissions.
The PM10 was 532 ppm, PM2.5 was 561 ppm, H2S was 51 ppm CO2 was 2 ppm
and other
compound was17 ppm at time.
We determine control unit sets inside and outside, strategic placement
areas and time to clear/reduce
pollution based on present
conditions at
the time. We welcome technical comment by October 3, 2004
as to our
measurement technology
as there is an imminent second and possible followup
eruptions to follow per USGS.
Our measurement shows Mt St Helen charged air particles May 18, 1980
below are
101.9%
of Hurricane Ivan's
based on our {ICT-APF (air pollution factor)} before IVAN hit US
shoreline
at 143 mph eye speed on September 15,
2004 at 10:05am.
Volcano Eruption measurement for Particulate Matter 10, Particulate
Matter
2.5 , Hydrogen Sulfide,
Carbon Dioxide and seven other
compounds total 99.2% air emissions. However, there was 20
other
compounds for
remaining 0.8% air emissions.
The PM10 was 711 ppm, PM2.5 was 851 ppm, H2S was 57 ppm CO2 was 1.1 ppm
and
seven other compounds were 23.01 ppm at time. We did not measure
the twenty remaining compounds ppm.
